Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Beeline on the web, on Android, and on the public leaderboard. They are intentionally short and practical.

Fair-play leaderboard No abuse or cheating Service may change England and Wales law

Using Beeline

You may use Beeline for personal, non-commercial play. We grant you a limited, revocable right to access the game and its public leaderboard.

Fair play and acceptable use

  • Do not try to manipulate or automate leaderboard submissions.
  • Do not abuse the service with spam, scraping, or denial-of-service behaviour.
  • Do not attempt to bypass validation, rate limits, or other guardrails.
  • Do not use Beeline in a way that breaks the service for other players.

Trail names and leaderboard entries

  • Trail names are generated by the service to keep the public board tidy.
  • Only eligible completed runs are intended for the public leaderboard.
  • We may remove or ignore entries that appear invalid, abusive, duplicated through misuse, or inconsistent with the rules of the game.

Availability

Beeline is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, pause, or remove features, daily archives, or leaderboard access at any time, including for maintenance, security, or product changes.

Intellectual property

The Beeline name, presentation, code, artwork, and game content remain the property of Breyd or its licensors, except where third-party asset licences are separately credited.

No warranty

We do not guarantee that Beeline will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device or network condition.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breyd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Beeline. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product changes. If we make a material change, we will update the hosted terms page and the in-app links before relying on the new version.
